Hot Italian Sausages

Hot Italian Sauage

Ingredients:

  • 4 hot Italian sausages, about 1 to 1 1/2 lb (0.5 to 0.75 kg);
  • 1 cup (240 ml) water.

Recipe:

Serving for 2

  1. Clean the sausages and pat dry;
  2. Place in a medium size sauce pan over medium high heat;
  3. Do not move and give them a chance to brown;
  4. Roll and brown all sides of the sausages;
  5. Add a cup of water;
  6. Cook for 10 minutes over middle low heat or until most of the water evaporize;
  7. Slice and serve hot with Italian Farro Salad and Roasted Bell Peppers.
