Recipe:
Serving for 2
- Clean the sausages and pat dry;
- Place in a medium size sauce pan over medium high heat;
- Do not move and give them a chance to brown;
- Roll and brown all sides of the sausages;
- Add a cup of water;
- Cook for 10 minutes over middle low heat or until most of the water evaporize;
- Slice and serve hot with Italian Farro Salad and Roasted Bell Peppers.
