Ingredients:
- 1 piece pork liver, about 3/4 lb (375 g);
- 1 tablespoon finely julienne ginger;
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil;
- 2 cups (480 ml) water;
- Sea salt.

Make about 2 cups
- Slice pork liver to 3/16” (1/2 cm) thick;
- Mix in julienne ginger;
- Add 2 cups (480 ml) water in a bowl and soak for at least 2 hours;
- Pour in a medium soup pot over medium high heat;
- Add 1/4 teaspoon sea salt and 1/2 teaespoon vegetable oil;
- It is done when it comes back to a boil;
- Don’t over cook;
- Spoon soup to a bowl, serve hot.
