Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb (0.25 kg) cooked chicken;
- Hand tear to 3/8” (1 cm) strips;
- 1/2 cup king mushrooms, any mushrooms will do;
- 1/2 cup sliced onions;
- 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 2 pieces sandwich wraps;
- Sea salt.

Make 2 sandwich wraps
- Cut mushrooms to 3/8” (1 cm) strips;
- Add vegetable oil in a sauté pan;
- Sauté onion until soft but not brown;
- Add mushrooms, sauté until soft;
- Add little sea salt;
- Top with chicken, and cook for about 2 minutes;
- Add sauce from cooked chicken if you have;
- Spoon onto sandwich wraps;
- Roll to form sandwich wraps, serve hot.
