Duck Pâté

Duck Pâté

Ingredients:

  • 5 pieces baked duck livers from my other Baked Duck Livers recipe;
  • 2 tablespoons red wine;
  • Assortment of crackers.

 

Recipe:



  1. Place the baked duck livers in a food processer;
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of red wine;
  3. Until the livers become a smooth thick paste;
  4. Fill a ramekin with the paste;
  5. Serve chill with assortment of crackers.
