Ingredients:
- 5 pieces baked duck livers from my other Baked Duck Livers recipe;
- 2 tablespoons red wine;
- Assortment of crackers.

Recipe:
- Place the baked duck livers in a food processer;
- Add 2 tablespoons of red wine;
- Until the livers become a smooth thick paste;
- Fill a ramekin with the paste;
- Serve chill with assortment of crackers.
