Ingredients:
For cucumber salad
- 5 Persian cucumbers, can use English cucumbers, about 1 lb (0.5 kg);
- 1 large red bell pepper;
- One bunch fresh dill.
For dressing
- 1 medium red onion;
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) lemon juice;
- 1 tablespoon honey, or for taste;
- Sea salt.

Serving for 4 as salad
For salad
- Cut cucumbers to 1/8” (0.5 cm) slice;
- Cut bell pepper to 1/8” (0.5 cm) stripe;
- Add salad dressing and serve chill.
For dressing
- Slice red onion and place in a bowl of lemon juice to pickle at less a couple hours;
- Add dill and honey;
- Add sea salt and black pepper, if desired.
