Ingredients:
- 5 Persian cucumbers, can use English cucumbers, about 1 lb (0.5 kg);
- 1 small bunch fresh dill;
- 3 - 4 mint leaves;
- 1/2 cup sour cream;
- 1/2 cup Greek style yogurt;
- Sea salt.
Recipe:
Make about 1 1/2 cups,
good with curry or grill meat or sea food
- Peel cucumbers with alternative strips;
- Cut cucumbers to 1/8” (0.5 cm) slice;
- Lightly chop dill;
- Roll mint leaves and finely chop;
- Mix sour cream and yogurt in a bowl;
- Add cucumber, dill and mint;
- A pinch of sea salt, adjust for taste.
