Cucumber Salad with Dill, Mint and Sour Cream

Ingredients:

  • 5 Persian cucumbers, can use English cucumbers, about 1 lb (0.5 kg);
  • 1 small bunch fresh dill;
  • 3 - 4 mint leaves;
  • 1/2 cup sour cream;
  • 1/2 cup Greek style yogurt;
  • Sea salt.

Recipe:



Make about 1 1/2 cups,
good with curry or grill meat or sea food

  1. Peel cucumbers with alternative strips;
  2. Cut cucumbers to 1/8” (0.5 cm) slice;
  3. Lightly chop dill;
  4. Roll mint leaves and finely chop;
  5. Mix sour cream and yogurt in a bowl;
  6. Add cucumber, dill and mint;
  7. A pinch of sea salt, adjust for taste.
