Ingredients:
For salad
- 1 medium iceberg lettice, about 1/2 lb (0.25 kg);
- 4 strips smoke duck bacons, can be substitute with bacon.
For dressing
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mild cheese (Australia cheddar), grade.
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sour cream;
- 1/8 cup (30 ml) half and half;
- Sea salt and black pepper.

Serving for 2 as salad
For salad
- Put smoke duck bacons in a medium size sauté pan over medium low heat until crispy;
- Place down the broiler if you want it more crispy;
- Cut iceberg into half or quarter depend on the size;
- Top with dressing and crispy smoke duck bacons and serve chill.
For dressing
- Mix cheese with sour cream;
- Add half and half to make it more like a dressing;
- Add sea salt and black pepper, if desired.
