Celery with Shrimps

Ingredients:

  • 16 - 20 large shrimps, about 1 lb (500 g);
  • 4 - 5 celery stalks, chilled;
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream;
  • 1 teaspoon old style mustard;
  • 1 tablespoon drained and chopped capers;
  • 20 pieces tooth picks.

  1. Clean shrimps, devein;
  2. Add water to a pot over medium high heat;
  3. Place shrimps when water comes to a boil for 2 minutes or when turn pink;
  4. Take shrimps out and put them in the refrigerator to chill;
  5. Peel shrimps and split the back, set aside;
  6. Mix sour cream, capers and mustard;
  7. Put in refrigerator;
  8. Trim celery tops and bases;
  9. Cut celery to 2” X 1” (5 cm X 2 cm) pieces;
  10. Fill with sour cream mixture;
  11. Pin cooked shrimps with tooth picks on top;
  12. Serve chill.
