Ingredients:
- 2 pieces large shrimps/prawns, about 1/2 lb (0.25 kg);
- 2 pieces bamboo skewers;
- 1 teaspoon safflower oil (for high heat);
- 1 large jalepano pepper, thinly sliced;
- 1 bunch of fresh cilantro, finely chopped;
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper powder;
- Sea salt.

Serving for 2
- Devine the shrimps/prawns;
- Clean and pat dry;
- Push bamboo skewers in shrimps/prawns lengthwise to hold their shapes;
- Add safflower oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat;
- Place shrimps/prawns in;
- Turn after a minute and cover;
- Cook until shrimps/prawns turn pink, about 2 minutes;
- Add jalepano pepper slices, white pepper powder and a pitch of salt;
- Top with chopped fresh cilantro and turn off heat;
- Plate and serve hot.
