Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup cook crab meat;
- 2 avocados;
- 2 stalks celery, cut to small cubes, about 1/2 cup;
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, adjust;
- 2 pieces any mild soft easy melting cheese;
- 2 tablespoon finely grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese;
- Sea salt and pepper, optional.

Serving for 2
- Cut avocado to half along the long side;
- Take out single large seed;
- Scoop the yellow-green flesh out, set aside;
- Pill the fibric from the celery stalk and cut to small cubes;
- Mix crab meat with celery and mayonnaise;
- Fill the avocado with the crab meat mix;
- This makes a perfect appetizer;
With cheese
- Pre-heated oven to 450˚F (230˚C);
- Top the stuffed avocado with a piece of cheese
- just enough to cover it;
- Place in pre-heated oven for 1 minute or until cheese start to melt;
- Spindle grated Parmigiano-Reggiano on top;
- Put it back in the oven for another minute;
- Turn to broiler for 2 minutes, keep an eye on it to avoid burning;
- Take it out and serve hot.
