Ingredients:

  • 8 -10 medium Persian cucumbers, 3 - 3 1/2 lb (1.5 - 1.75 kg);
  • 1 teaspoon veggie (produce) wash;
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic;
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, adjust to taste;
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Japanese vinegar;
  • 1 tablespoon cane sugar.

Perfect side

  1. Wash cucumbers with veggie (produce) wash;
  2. Make sure to rinse off with water;
  3. Crush cucumbers and tear into 2” X 1” (5 cm X 2 cm) pieces;
  4. Mix in minced garlic and sea salt;
  5. Marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator;
  6. Mix cane sugar in Japanese vinegar until the sugar dissolve;
  7. Take cucumber out and add Japanese vinegar mixture;
  8. Solve chill, it goes with everything.
