Roasted Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 2 large red bell peppers;
  • 1 large yellow bell pepper;
  • 1 large orange bell pepper.

Recipe:

  1. Place the peppers on a cookie sheet cover in aluminium foil;
  2. Put in a pre-heated oven under broiler setting;
  3. Rotate the peppers when they turn black;
  4. Make sure all 4 sides turn black and become soft;
  5. Take them out;
  6. Place them in a cool pot, cover for 10 minutes;
  7. Peel off skin and throw out stems and seeds;
  8. Save juice from peppers;
  9. Serve at room temperature.
  10. This is good for a couple of monthe in the refrigrator.
