Ingredients:
- 2 large red bell peppers;
- 1 large yellow bell pepper;
- 1 large orange bell pepper.
Recipe:
- Place the peppers on a cookie sheet cover in aluminium foil;
- Put in a pre-heated oven under broiler setting;
- Rotate the peppers when they turn black;
- Make sure all 4 sides turn black and become soft;
- Take them out;
- Place them in a cool pot, cover for 10 minutes;
- Peel off skin and throw out stems and seeds;
- Save juice from peppers;
- Serve at room temperature.
- This is good for a couple of monthe in the refrigrator.
