Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 shallots, about 1/2 cup;
  • 1 lb (0.5 kg) potatoes;
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary;
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil;
  • Sea salt.

Recipe:

Serving for 4 as a side dish

  1. Peel and slice shallots;
  2. Clean and cut potatoes to 3/8” (0.5 cm) thick slices;
  3. Rough chop rosemary;
  4. Add sea salt and olive oil;
  5. Mix and let marinate for 25-30 minutes;
  6. Spread them out in a baking pan;
  7. Put in an 375˚F (180˚C) pre-heated oven for 15 minutes;
  8. Turn the potatoes over and send them back to the oven for another 10 minutes;
  9. Transfer in a serving dish and serve hot.
