Ingredients:
- 5-6 shallots, about 1/2 cup;
- 1 lb (0.5 kg) potatoes;
- 1 teaspoon rosemary;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- Sea salt.
Recipe:
Serving for 4 as a side dish
- Peel and slice shallots;
- Clean and cut potatoes to 3/8” (0.5 cm) thick slices;
- Rough chop rosemary;
- Add sea salt and olive oil;
- Mix and let marinate for 25-30 minutes;
- Spread them out in a baking pan;
- Put in an 375˚F (180˚C) pre-heated oven for 15 minutes;
- Turn the potatoes over and send them back to the oven for another 10 minutes;
- Transfer in a serving dish and serve hot.
