Sauté Cauliflower Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 large head cauliflower;
  • 2 tablespoons safflower oil;
  • Sea salt.

Recipe:

Serving for 4 as a side dish

  1. Cut the cauliflower to smaller pieces;
  2. Place cauliflower in a food processer and chop to the consistance of rice;
  3. Add safflower oil to a sauté pan over medium high heat;
  4. Add sea salt;
  5. Turn once a while;
  6. Sauté cauliflower until translucent;
  7. Serve warm.
