- 1 large head cauliflower;
- 2 tablespoons safflower oil;
- Sea salt.

Recipe:
Serving for 4 as a side dish
- Cut the cauliflower to smaller pieces;
- Place cauliflower in a food processer and chop to the consistance of rice;
- Add safflower oil to a sauté pan over medium high heat;
- Add sea salt;
- Turn once a while;
- Sauté cauliflower until translucent;
- Serve warm.
