Recipe:
Serving for 4 as an appetizer
- Cut tomatoes in half;
- Place each in a small ramekin;
- Put in toaster oven/oven until they are soft;
- Put a quarter piece of cheese on top;
- Back to the oven until cheese starts to melt;
- Sprinkle Parmigiano on top;
- Back to the oven until cheese starts to melt;
- Take them out and place on a small plate;
Top with anchovy;
- Fold prosciutto to a rosette;
- Put on the side for decoration;
- Spoon chopped olives next to prosciutto;
- Serve warm.
