Chicken Sandwich Wraps

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb (0.25 kg) cooked chicken;
  • Hand tear to 3/8” (1 cm) strips;
  • 1/2 cup king mushrooms, any mushrooms will do;
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions;
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • 2 pieces sandwich wraps;
  • Sea salt.

Serving for 2
Make 2 sandwich wraps

  1. Cut mushrooms to 3/8” (1 cm) strips;
  2. Add vegetable oil in a sauté pan;
  3. Sauté onion until soft but not brown;
  4. Add mushrooms, sauté until soft;
  5. Add little sea salt;
  6. Top with chicken, and cook for about 2 minutes;
  7. Add sauce from cooked chicken if you have;
  8. Spoon onto sandwich wraps;
  9. Roll to form sandwich wraps, serve hot.
