Caviar Dip with Flying Fish Eggs
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sour cream;
- Half and half if sour cream is too thick;
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped;
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped;
- 2 oz (60 gm) flying fish eggs;
- Parsley or cilantro, for decoration;
- Crackers or chips.

Recipe:
Make about 1 1/2 cups
- Mix finely chopped onion and celery;
- Fold in sour cream;
- Add half and half if needed;
- Add flying fish eggs;
- Transfer in a serving bowl;
- Top with parsley or cilantro for decoration;
- Place crackers or chips around;
- Serve chill.
