Caviar Dip with Flying Fish Eggs


  • 1 cup sour cream;
  • Half and half if sour cream is too thick;
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped;
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped;
  • 2 oz (60 gm) flying fish eggs;
  • Parsley or cilantro, for decoration;
  • Crackers or chips.


Make about 1 1/2 cups

  1. Mix finely chopped onion and celery;
  2. Fold in sour cream;
  3. Add half and half if needed;
  4. Add flying fish eggs;
  5. Transfer in a serving bowl;
  6. Top with parsley or cilantro for decoration;
  7. Place crackers or chips around;
  8. Serve chill.
