Ingredients:
For calamari salad
- 3/4 lb (375 g) frozen store bought pepper fry calamari;
- 2 large endive, sliced.
For dressing
- 2 large cloves garlic, finely chopped;
- 4 oz. (125 g) mixed olives;
- 1 large lemon, juiced;
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar;
- 1/2 tablespoon honey;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil;
- Sea salt.

For salad
- Put calamari in a 450˚F (230˚C) pre-heated oven for 12 minutes (or the instruction on the package);
- Layer the bottom of the plate with finely sliced endive;
- Add dressing;
- Place calamari on top;
- Serve warm.
For dressing
- Add lemon juice to finely chopped garlic and olives;
- Mix balsamic vinegar, honey and olive oil well;
- Add sea salt for taste.
