Ingredients:
- 8 -10 medium Persian cucumbers, 3 - 3 1/2 lb (1.5 - 1.75 kg);
- 1 teaspoon veggie (produce) wash;
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic;
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt, adjust to taste;
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Japanese vinegar;
- 1 tablespoon cane sugar.

Perfect side
- Wash cucumbers with veggie (produce) wash;
- Make sure to rinse off with water;
- Crush cucumbers and tear into 2” X 1” (5 cm X 2 cm) pieces;
- Mix in minced garlic and sea salt;
- Marinate for 45 minutes in the refrigerator;
- Mix cane sugar in Japanese vinegar until the sugar dissolve;
- Take cucumber out and add Japanese vinegar mixture;
- Solve chill, it goes with everything.
