Choi Sum, Chinese Mustard Green with Oyster Sauce
蠔油菜心
Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb (375 g) choi sum, Chinese mustard green;
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) water;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt;
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce;
- 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil.

Recipe:
- Clean and break choi sum, cut the end of the stems;
- Add water in a sauce pan over high heat;
- Add vegetable oil and salt when water comes to a boil;
- Blanch choi sum for 2 minutes;
- Take them out and get rid of excess water;
- Plate with oyster sauce and sesame oil;
- Serve hot.
