Roasted Garlic


  • 10 garlic bulbs;
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil.


Good to mix with butter or to cook with

  1. Cut off 1/4” (0.5 cm) the top of each garlic;
  2. Arrange in a baking pan;
  3. Add olive oil;
  4. Cover with aluminum foil;
  5. Put in an 325˚F (175˚C) pre-heated oven for an hour or until it gets soft and translucent;
  6. Transfer in a container and refrigerate.
